Le Pigeonnier is a typical 3-level Perigord tower, joined to a wing which has a comfortable living room and a well equipped kitchen. Le Pigeonnier is a truly accessible tower since it has six different access points. Multiple nooks, noble materials (stone, wood, terracotta…), and the beautiful fireplace give it the charm and authentic character of the Périgord.


Situation

Offering an excellent view towards the valley of the Dordogne, Le Pigeonnier is an independent house, separated from the other houses of the domain and having its own private spaces. Its wooded environment offers freshness and shade during the hot season. A path allows you to walk through woods and up to the top of the slope dominating Castelnaud, Marqueyssac, La Roque Gageac and Domme. The enclosed swimming pool can be easily reached across the meadow.

2nd level: 1 room with two beds of 80 x200 cm which can be joined, bathroom with shower and WC
